The process of silicon oxide anode materials plays an important role in the production of lithium-ion batteries, and they are widely used in fields such as electric vehicles and mobile devices.
There are many methods to prepare silica anode materials, such as sol gel method and fluoride deposition method. Among them, the sol gel method does not require high temperature reaction conditions, and has a relatively simple process operation, but requires complex subsequent heat treatment steps. The fluoride deposition law requires a reaction at high temperatures.
