To enhance its research and development capabilities, the company has joined hands with Southwest University of Science and Technology to form a high-level R&D team composed of more than 20 professors, researchers, and doctor——Mianyang Liuneng Technology Research Institute. The research institute is committed to researching and developing various ultra-fine pulverization technologies and equipment based on aerodynamics and gas-solid two-phase flow theory, such as air pulverization, air grading, mechanical pulverization, dust removal and purification, and pneumatic conveying.
The research institute has undertaken multiple national and provincial-level scientific research projects, including the National "863" Program and key research projects of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The implementation of these projects has achieved significant results. These projects have won a total of seven provincial scientific and technological progress awards, more than 30 national invention patents, and publishing more than 300 related academic papers in domestic and foreign academic journals. These achievements fully demonstrate the company's research, design, and development capabilities in the field of powder technology, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the company.

The company has a powder processing and testing base with complete scale and advanced technical equipment, which can meet the requirements of users for different product particle sizes. The advanced powder testing center includes laser particle size testing analyzer, electron microscope and other equipment, which can meet the requirements of various powder particle size analysis. The company pioneered the use of professional hydrodynamics software FLUENT to simulate and analyze the flow field of powder equipment, providing reliable support for the technological innovation of the company. It can simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow field in the equipment according to the requirements of different product particle sizes of users, analyze the parameters of gerinding and classification structures and flow parameters. All of these offer the conditions for professional design according to the specific requirements of users.
The company is equipped with leading domestic and foreign ultra-fine powder experimental equipment, including electron microscopy scanners, laser particle size analyzers, specific surface area analyzers, tapped density testers, electron microscopes, moisture analyzers, etc.
